The IT Help Desk provides a central point for NKU technology support. If you have questions or problems, we offer a variety of ways to get in touch with us. 

Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to midnight

Saturday: 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday: 12:30 p.m. to midnight (Closed during summer)

For your convenience, we offer answers to our most frequently asked questions below.

System Alerts

Fall Schedule

  • Internet Explorer 11 releases to campus on Nov. 30.
  • myNKU will be unavailable beginning 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4 until 8 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 7.
  • Blackboard will be unavailable Saturday morning on Dec. 19 (midnight to 6 a.m.)
  • On-campus Internet (includes VPN) overnight on Monday, December 21.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • + How do I listen to my voicemail off of campus (fac/staff)?
    You can call in to check your voicemail messages or update your greeting from anywhere in the world. Dial (859) 572-5800. When the recording answers, press "*". Follow the prompts to enter your extension and hit "#". Enter PIN. Review voicemails as you would from your office phone.
