  • + Can I have a wired connection in my dorm room?
    Yes. By default, all wired connections in the dorms are turned off because most users prefer wireless. But if you would like the port activated at no charge, locate the port in your room and write down the number. Contact the IT Help Desk with that number, your username, the building you live in, your room number, etc. and we will activate the port.  


  • + How do I listen to my voicemail off of campus (fac/staff)?
    You can call in to check your voicemail messages or update your greeting from anywhere in the world. Dial (859) 572-5800. When the recording answers, press "*". Follow the prompts to enter your extension and hit "#". Enter PIN. Review voicemails as you would from your office phone.
